Every deduction, sorted. The disputable ones first.
Amazon's type labels, amounts and reason codes. Ours: the ranking and the copy-ready numbers.
Amazon's own types
Shortage claims, price claims, operational chargebacks, returns, co-op, allowances, advertising and Buy with Prime deductions, and provisions. A label we do not recognise is shown as Amazon printed it.
Ranked to dispute
Deductions you can still dispute come first, ordered by Amazon's dispute window, amount and how easy the evidence is to get. Deductions under an agreement, such as co-op and allowances, sit in their own table.
Evidence, ready to copy
Amazon's evidence list for each type, marked where we already hold the item. PO, ASIN, quantity short, invoice number, shortage IDs and Amazon's reason codes, one Copy button each.
Paybacks tracked
Mark a deduction disputed. Ossy matches Amazon's paybacks for shortage claims, operational chargebacks, returns, and Co-op and allowances, full or partial, and records the amount. Other types are listed, but their paybacks are not matched yet.

Frequently asked questions.
What does Vendor Chargeback Recovery show?
Every deduction Amazon takes from your Vendor Central payments, under Amazon's own type: shortage claims, price claims, operational chargebacks, returns, co-op, allowances, advertising and Buy with Prime deductions, and provisions. The ones you can still dispute are ranked first. Each comes with Amazon's evidence list and the PO, ASIN, quantity, invoice number and reason codes ready to copy.
Where does the data come from?
From your own Vendor Central remittances and invoices, read once a day through your connected vendor account. Type labels, descriptions and amounts are Amazon's, stored as Amazon sent them. A label we do not recognise is shown as Amazon printed it, not placed under a type.
Do you file disputes for me?
No. You file every dispute in Vendor Central. Vendor Chargeback Recovery only reads your account. Ossy finds the deductions, ranks them and lays out the evidence. You act.
Does it send alerts?
Yes. A new deduction you can dispute, or one that moves close to the end of Amazon's window, goes into your alert email once. Your first sync is silent.
How does the 15% fee work?
15% of what Amazon actually pays back on a deduction you marked disputed here, and nothing otherwise. It counts only when you ticked “I filed this after seeing it here”, and only if your account is on a paid plan when the payback lands. Deductions you disputed before you saw them here are never billed. Fees are invoiced monthly, never charged automatically. Full terms: Terms of Service.
