What Amazon data does it use?
Three reports, pulled through your seller connection: your FBA customer returns report for the window you pick (30 to 365 days); sales by child ASIN for that window, for true return rates and sales velocity; and current FBA inventory, for the restock plan. When returns carry dates, the report states the earliest one Amazon included. If sales or inventory can't be pulled on a run, the report says so and shows what returns alone support. Raw reports are discarded after analysis. We keep the results, including up to two sample customer comments per ASIN.
What does the returns analysis tell me?
Which ASINs return most and, with sales, their actual return rates; abnormally high SKUs are flagged. Reasons are broken down (defective, not as described, sizing, unwanted), and dispositions show how much comes back sellable. The AI reads up to 50 verbatim customer comments, highest-return ASINs first, and names the problem behind each reason code (product, sizing, expectation, packaging) and the fix.
How does the restock plan work?
Sales velocity from your synced sales by ASIN, plus available and inbound stock from your FBA inventory report, plus the supplier lead time and target stock cover you set. Each ASIN gets days of cover, a status (reorder now, reorder soon, healthy, overstock risk, stale), a suggested reorder quantity, and the days left to place the order.
Do I need to connect my Amazon account?
Yes. Returns & Restock runs on a secure Amazon Selling Partner API connection to your seller account, so there are no reports to export or upload. Authorize once; revoke anytime. Every plan, including the free trial, can run the report on demand.
How many runs do I get?
Plans include 10 (Pro), 30 (Brand), or 100 (Enterprise) returns-and-restock runs per billing period. The free trial includes 1 run. Past runs stay viewable without using quota.
