Returns & Restock — FBA report analysis

Returns tell you what's broken. Your customers already wrote it down.

Upload your FBA returns report and see which SKUs bleed, what the reason codes really mean (mined from customers' own return comments) and, with your sales and inventory reports, exactly which ASINs to reorder, how many units, and by when. No account connection required.

What you get

Two answers: why they return it, and when to reorder.

Returns and restocking are the same conversation: the units coming back change the units you need to send in.

01

Return rates, not just counts

Add your business report and every ASIN gets a real return rate, with the abnormally high ones flagged against your account average.

02

Comments, mined by AI

“Stopped working after two days” beats a DEFECTIVE code. The AI reads verbatim customer comments and names the specific product, sizing, or expectation problem, and the fix that stops it.

03

Reason & disposition mix

Defective vs not-as-described vs sizing vs unwanted, and how much of what comes back is still sellable: the difference between a QC problem and a listing problem.

04

A restock plan with dates

Days of cover per ASIN, reorder-now / reorder-soon / overstock status, suggested quantities, and how many days you have to place each order, from your own lead time and target cover.

How it works

One required file. Two optional upgrades.

1

Upload your returns report

Reports → Fulfillment → FBA customer returns, 60–90 days. This alone gets you reason clusters, dispositions, and comment mining.

2

Add sales & inventory (optional)

The business report unlocks true return rates and sales velocity; the FBA inventory report unlocks the restock plan.

3

Fix and reorder

Severity-ranked findings tell you which listing, packaging, or QC fix stops the bleeding, and the restock table tells you what to order this week.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Which reports do I upload?

One required, two optional. Required: the FBA customer returns report (Reports → Fulfillment → Customer Concessions → FBA customer returns; 60–90 days works best). Optional: the Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item business report for the same period, which unlocks true return rates and sales velocity, and your FBA inventory report, which unlocks the restock plan. All three are analyzed and discarded; we never store your raw reports.

What does the returns analysis tell me?

Which ASINs return most and, with the sales report, their actual return rates, with abnormally high SKUs flagged. Return reasons are broken down (defective, not as described, sizing, unwanted), dispositions show how much comes back sellable, and the AI reads customers' verbatim return comments to name the specific product, sizing, expectation, or packaging problem behind each reason code, and which fix stops it.

How does the restock plan work?

Sales velocity from your business report is combined with available and inbound stock from your inventory report, plus the supplier lead time and target stock cover you set. Each ASIN gets days of cover and a status (reorder now, reorder soon, healthy, overstock risk, or stale) with a suggested reorder quantity and how many days you have to place the order.

Do I need to connect my Amazon account?

No. Everything works from standard reports you export yourself from Seller Central; no account connection required. A secure Amazon Selling Partner API connection that pulls these reports automatically is on our roadmap.

How many runs do I get?

Plans include 10 (Pro), 30 (Brand), or 100 (Agency) returns-and-restock runs per billing period. The free trial includes 1 run. Past runs stay viewable without using quota.
