Know what to reorder and what to liquidate, this week.
Upload one FBA inventory report and get the whole picture: which SKUs run out inside your lead time (with suggested quantities), which are overstocked, and which aged units are quietly stacking storage fees and surcharges. No account connection required.

Stockouts, overstock, and fees: one plan covers all three.
Running out costs you the sale and the rank. Sitting on stock costs you fees. The plan splits every SKU into the move it needs.
Reorder quantities, not vibes
Sales velocity against available plus inbound stock gives every SKU its days of cover, and reorder-now / reorder-soon SKUs get a suggested quantity that tops you up to your lead time plus target cover.
Your lead times, your buffer
Set supplier lead time and target stock cover per run. A 14-day safety buffer keeps the plan honest about how long reorders really take to land.
Aging & fee radar
Units aged past 181 days, projected aged-inventory surcharges, and next month's estimated storage cost, per SKU and account-wide, straight from Amazon's own estimates.
Liquidation calls
Overstocked SKUs carrying aged units get flagged for action (price cuts, deals, or removal orders) before long-term storage fees eat the margin.
One report. One plan. This week's moves.
Export one report
Seller Central → Reports → Fulfillment → Inventory → Inventory (Manage Inventory Health). It already carries stock, velocity, age, and fee estimates; nothing else to pull.
Get the plan
Every SKU gets velocity, days of cover, and a status (reorder now, reorder soon, healthy, overstock, or no sales) with suggested reorder quantities and order-by windows.
Act on fees
Severity-ranked findings tell you what to reorder this week, what to liquidate and how, and what the storage-fee picture says about the account.
Frequently asked questions.
Which report do I upload?
Just one: the FBA inventory report from Seller Central (Reports → Fulfillment → Inventory → Inventory, also called Manage Inventory Health). It already contains your available stock, inbound shipments, sales velocity, inventory age buckets, and estimated storage and aged-inventory fees, so no second report is needed. The file is analyzed and discarded; we never store your raw reports.
How are reorder quantities calculated?
From your own numbers: recent sales velocity (units shipped over the last 30 days) against available plus inbound stock gives each SKU its days of cover. You set your supplier lead time (default 30 days) and target stock cover (default 60 days); any SKU whose cover falls inside the lead-time-plus-safety window gets a reorder-now or reorder-soon status with a suggested quantity that tops you back up to lead time plus target cover.
What does the aging and fee analysis show?
Every SKU's units aged past 181 days, the estimated aged-inventory surcharge Amazon projects for them, and your estimated next-month storage cost. Overstocked SKUs that also carry aged units are called out for liquidation (price cuts, deals, or removal orders) instead of waiting for fees to stack.
Do I need to connect my Amazon account?
No. Everything works from a standard report you export yourself from Seller Central; no account connection required. A secure Amazon Selling Partner API connection that pulls this report automatically is on our roadmap.
How many plans do I get?
Plans include 10 (Pro), 30 (Brand), or 100 (Agency) inventory plans per billing period. The free trial includes 1 plan. Past plans stay viewable without using quota.
