Revenue is vanity. Know your real bottom line.
Amazon's transaction report already contains every dollar that moved: sales, refunds, sixteen kinds of fees, ad charges, reimbursements. Upload it and get a clean P&L: account-level and per SKU, with true net profit once you add your product costs. No account connection required.
Included in every OptimalCentral plan — part of a 22-tool suite, one subscription, from $99/mo.
Every fee accounted for. Every SKU exposed.
Computed from Amazon's own transaction records: cash truth, not estimates.
Full-account P&L
Gross revenue, refunds, selling fees, FBA fees, storage, ad spend, subscriptions, reimbursements, down to net proceeds and margin, from one file.
Per-SKU economics
Units, revenue, fees, refund rate, and cash result for every SKU, so you can see which products carry the account and which quietly bleed it.
True net profit with COGS
Enter each SKU's product cost once; it's saved and reused on every future report. Net profit and margin update live as you type.
AI profitability diagnosis
Where the margin actually goes: fee-heavy SKUs, refund-heavy SKUs, ad spend vs revenue (TACOS), and the SKUs that lose cash before product cost.
From report export to bottom line in three steps.
You never grant access to your account; the whole loop runs on a report you already have.
Export your report
In Seller Central, go to Payments → Reports Repository, report type Transaction, pick a month, and download the CSV.
Upload & analyze
You get the full P&L, the per-SKU table, and an AI diagnosis of where your margin leaks. Your file is analyzed and discarded.
Add costs once
Type each SKU's product cost into the table; net profit recomputes live, and your costs are saved for every future report.
Frequently asked questions.
Which report do I upload and where do I get it?
The date range transaction report from Seller Central: Payments → Reports Repository, report type "Transaction", pick a month or a custom range, and download the CSV. It's Amazon's own record of every transaction (sales, refunds, fees, ad charges, storage fees, reimbursements), and it's the cash truth of your account.
Do I need to connect my Amazon account?
No. The Profit Dashboard works entirely from the report file you export yourself; no account connection required. A secure Amazon Selling Partner API connection that imports these reports automatically is on our roadmap.
What does the dashboard compute?
An account-level P&L covering gross revenue, refunds, selling fees, FBA fees, storage fees, ad spend (with TACOS), subscription and other service fees, reimbursements, and net proceeds, plus the same economics per SKU: units, revenue, fees, refund rate, and cash result. An AI diagnosis then flags where the margin actually goes: fee-heavy SKUs, refund-heavy SKUs, and SKUs that are cash-negative before product cost.
How does net profit work?
Enter your per-unit product cost (COGS) next to each SKU once; it's saved to your account and reused on every future report. Net profit = cash proceeds after all Amazon fees minus product cost on net units sold. Until a SKU has a cost entered, its column shows proceeds (after fees, before product cost).
Is my transaction data stored?
Your uploaded report is analyzed and then discarded; we never store the raw transactions. Only the computed P&L, the per-SKU rollup, and your saved product costs are kept so you can revisit the report.
How many profit reports do I get?
Plans include 10 (Pro), 30 (Brand), or 100 (Agency) profit reports per billing period, an independent quota. Editing product costs never consumes quota. The free trial includes one full report.
