The Amazon listing audit built for the AI shopping era.
Traditional SEO audits check keywords. Alexa for Shopping reads your listing the way an AI does. OptimalCentral audits your listing section by section, as an AI shopping assistant reads it, and ranks what to fix by impact.
Included in every OptimalCentral plan — part of a 29-tool suite, one subscription, from $99/mo.
A scorecard, not a pile of data.
Every audit is a one-page diagnostic plus an action list.
Alexa Readiness Score
One number, scored section by section: title, bullets, images, A+ content, pricing, reviews, and the shopper questions your copy leaves unanswered. Re-run after a fix (24+ hours after that ASIN's last run) to see the new score.
Check-by-check diagnostics
Each check names what's weak in your title or bullets, points to the copy at fault, and says why it hurts you with AI shopping assistants.
Prioritized fix list
Every fix is tagged High, Medium or Low priority: what to do this week and what can wait.
Rewrite drafts
Specific instructions for every weak title and bullet. The Listing Fix tool drafts replacement copy from your audit (5, 20 or 50 drafts per billing period; 3 on trial).
From ASIN to action plan in about two minutes.
Drop in an ASIN. We do the rest.
Submit your ASIN
We pull the public listing data (no Seller Central connection required). Our AI audits it against what Alexa for Shopping needs from a listing.
We score & diagnose
An Alexa Readiness Score with check-by-check diagnostics for every section we could read.
You apply the fixes
Work through the prioritized list, or send it to the 4-Week Planner to pace the work.
Approve the fix, and it goes live on Amazon.
On every plan, the audit runs with no connection and you can draft fixes from it. On the Brand plan (and your 14-day trial), connect your Amazon Seller account and approved fixes no longer need pasting into Seller Central by hand.
Field-by-field approval
Title, bullet and description changes arrive as proposals. You approve each field; nothing is written to your listing until you do.
Written through your own account
Approved changes go to Amazon through your connected account. If Amazon rejects one, you see the rejection; nothing is retried silently.
One-click rollback
The pre-change listing is kept, so an applied fix rolls back in one click.
Before and after, measured
Sessions, page views, units ordered, sales and conversion are captured before the change and over the 14 days after, so you see what the fix did.
Frequently asked questions.
What does the listing audit check?
Every section it can read on the live page, scored one by one: title, bullets, images, A+ content, pricing, reviews, and the shopper questions your copy leaves unanswered. Findings roll into one Alexa Readiness Score out of 100. Backend search terms are private to your Seller Central account, so the audit never sees or scores them. Sections it could not read are left out of the score. If the whole listing is unreadable, you get a clearly flagged best-practice checklist instead.
How long does an audit take?
About two minutes. Enter an ASIN and get your scorecard, check-by-check diagnostics, and prioritized fix list. Your 4-week plan is built right after.
Do I need to connect my Seller Central account?
No. The audit runs on public listing data; you need only an ASIN. Sign up with an email and password, then paste the ASIN.
What is the Alexa Readiness Score?
A 0–100 score of how ready your listing copy is for Alexa for Shopping, judged by AI section by section. To see a new score, re-run the audit after applying fixes, at least 24 hours after that ASIN's last run.
How is this different from a traditional Amazon SEO audit?
Traditional Amazon SEO is built around keyword matching. Alexa for Shopping reads listings the way an LLM does: it values clarity, completeness, and how well your content answers the questions shoppers ask. OptimalCentral checks both: keyword placement in your copy, and clear, complete answers to shopper questions.
