What you get

A whole-account diagnosis, backed by your own data.

Every finding is computed from your actual campaign and search-term data, sized in dollars, not vibes.

01

Wasted-spend finder

Every keyword and target spending with zero sales, sized in dollars, so you know exactly what pausing saves each month.

02

Bid fixes at your target ACOS

High-ACOS targets get a concrete recommended bid calculated against the ACOS you choose, not generic "lower your bids" advice.

03

Negative-keyword candidates

Search terms that keep taking clicks without converting, pulled from your search-term data and ready to add as negatives.

04

AI diagnosis + change file

An account-level summary of what's driving your ACOS, plus a proposed-changes bulksheet in your account's own format: review it and upload it back.

How it works

From bulk file to applied fixes in three steps.

You never grant access to your ad account; the whole loop runs on files you control.

1

Export your bulk file

In the ads console, go to Sponsored ads → Bulk operations, pick a 30–60 day range, include Sponsored Products campaign data, and check the search terms report. Download the .xlsx.

2

Upload & analyze

Set your target ACOS and upload the file. You get a scored report: wasted spend, high-ACOS targets, negative-keyword candidates, and an AI account diagnosis. Your file is analyzed and discarded.

3

Download the change file

Review every proposed change (bid updates, pauses, negatives), then download the bulksheet and upload it back in Bulk operations. Your account, your final call.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is a Sponsored Products bulk file and where do I get it?

A bulk file is the spreadsheet Amazon's ads console generates under Sponsored ads → Bulk operations. Pick a date range (30–60 days works best), include Sponsored Products campaign data, and check the Sponsored Products search terms report option; that unlocks negative-keyword detection. Download the .xlsx and upload it to the Ads Audit.

Do I need to connect my Amazon ad account?

No. The Ads Audit works entirely from the bulk file you export yourself; no ad account connection required. You stay in full control: nothing changes in your account until you upload the change file yourself.

If I do connect my ad account, can automation change things on its own?

No. Nothing changes in your account without your explicit approval. Connecting unlocks daily monitoring and automation rules, but the rules only ever propose: you get a change list (every bid or budget, from and to) and you uncheck anything you disagree with, edit any target value, and apply only what you approved. Scheduled dayparting is the one exception, and it runs only after you authorize a specific campaign list and weekly schedule up front; editing the rule revokes that authorization until you confirm again. You can also start any rule as a small pilot on a few ASINs or campaigns and watch it against the rest of your account before widening it. Every change is logged and reversible.

What does the audit flag?

Three things, each backed by your own campaign data: wasted spend (keywords and targets spending with zero sales), high-ACOS targets with a concrete bid recommendation aimed at your target ACOS, and negative-keyword candidates pulled from your search-term data. On top of that, an AI diagnosis summarizes account-level patterns and priorities.

What is the change file?

A proposed-changes bulksheet generated in your account's own column layout. It contains the bid updates, pauses, and negative keywords from the audit. Review it, remove anything you disagree with, and upload it back in Bulk operations to apply the changes.

Is my advertising data stored?

Your uploaded bulk file is analyzed and then discarded; we never store your raw account data. Only the audit's findings and the generated change file are kept so you can revisit the report.

Which campaign types are supported?
