What does Buyer Messages actually send?
Your document is delivered through Amazon's buyer-seller messaging. We never see your buyer's name, email, or any other contact detail. How do I set it up?
Upload a warranty document (PDF) for each ASIN, one per marketplace you sell it on (Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx). Optionally set how many days after purchase to wait, then turn it on. A shipped order of that ASIN gets that marketplace's document automatically when it has no FBA customer return, you have a document for its marketplace, and Amazon allows a warranty message for it. Up to 500 a day (5 on the trial).
Which plans include it?
The Brand and Enterprise plans. Paid plans send up to 500 a day. Connect your Amazon Seller account once. The 14-day free trial sends too, after the same one-time authorization, up to 5 a day.
Do I have to approve sending before it starts?
Yes. Sending is unattended, so first you sign a one-time authorization for your exact configuration: the documents and settings. Changing any setting or document ends it immediately. Sending resumes after you authorize the new configuration.
