A warranty document, delivered automatically to every buyer.
Upload a warranty document per ASIN, and it goes out to every buyer of that ASIN through Amazon's own compliant warranty-extension template — once per order, with the exact delay after purchase you choose.
Joins the 19 core tools already included in every OptimalCentral plan — one subscription, from $59/mo — the moment Amazon grants the authorization.
One document, uploaded once, delivered to every buyer.
Your document is delivered through Amazon's buyer-seller messaging. We never see your buyer's name, email, or any other contact detail.
Per-ASIN warranty document
Upload one PDF per ASIN — the exact document every buyer of that ASIN will receive.
Amazon's compliant template
Delivered through Amazon's own warranty-extension messaging template, not a freeform email — the same channel Amazon already reviews and allows.
A per-order audit trail
Every send is logged against its order, so you can see exactly what went out and when.
You authorize the exact configuration
Sending is unattended, so you sign a one-time authorization for your documents and settings. Change anything and that authorization ends until you confirm again.
Set it up once. It runs on its own.
No manual attachments, no per-order clicking — one configuration covers every future order of that ASIN.
Upload the warranty document
One PDF per ASIN, plus an optional coverage length in months.
Choose the delay
Set how many days after purchase the document should go out.
Authorize once
Sign a one-time authorization for that exact configuration.
It runs automatically
Every qualifying order gets the document, logged to a per-order audit trail.
Frequently asked questions.
What does Buyer Messages actually send?
Your document is delivered through Amazon's buyer-seller messaging. We never see your buyer's name, email, or any other contact detail. It is sent through Amazon's own compliant warranty-extension template, once per order, only for ASINs you've uploaded a document for.
How do I set it up?
Upload a warranty document (PDF) for each ASIN you want covered, optionally set how many days after purchase to wait, and turn it on. Every buyer of that ASIN then receives the document automatically.
Is this available now?
Not yet. This tool needs Amazon's Buyer Communication role on our Selling Partner API application, and that application is under review with Amazon. It switches on for every account once Amazon grants it — no separate signup needed.
Do I have to approve sending before it starts?
Yes. Sending is unattended, so you sign a one-time authorization for your specific configuration — the exact documents and settings — first. Changing any setting or document ends that authorization immediately, and you're asked to authorize the new configuration before sending resumes.
