Once a day, eligible orders on Amazon.com, and on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com.mx where you sell, get Amazon's own review request automatically, up to your daily limit (500 on paid plans, 5 on the trial). Orders you would never want asked are filtered out first: FBA returns, orders in Amazon's seller feedback report, and anything not yet shipped.

What does Auto Review Request actually send?
Amazon writes and sends the request. We never store or use your buyer's name, email, or contact details. Amazon's seller feedback report carries a rater email column; we discard it as the report is read. It is Amazon's own product-review and seller-feedback request, sent through Amazon's Solicitations API for you, once per order, only inside Amazon's own eligibility window.
Which orders never get a request?

Which plans include it?
The Brand and Enterprise plans. Paid plans send up to 500 requests a day. It needs your Amazon Seller account connected once. The 14-day free trial sends them too, after the same one-time authorization, up to 5 a day.
Do I have to approve sending before it starts?
Yes. Sending runs unattended once a day, so you first sign a one-time authorization for your specific configuration. Changing any setting (the delay, the excluded ASINs, the marketplaces, or turning it off) ends that authorization immediately. Sending resumes after you authorize the new settings.
