5% for products with a total sales price of $15.00 or less, 10% for products with a total sales price greater than $15.00 and less than or equal to $20.00, 17% for products with a total sales price greater than $20.00. Minimum: $0.30.
What moves the fee
The whole price takes one rate. The rate depends on which band the price falls in. Crossing a band edge by one cent reprices the whole sale.
- $15.00: fee $0.75, you keep $14.25. $15.01: fee $1.50, you keep $13.51. Prices from $15.01 to $15.83 keep less than $15.00 does.
- $20.00: fee $2.00, you keep $18.00. $20.01: fee $3.40, you keep $16.61. Prices from $20.01 to $21.68 keep less than $20.00 does.
Below $6.00 the $0.30 minimum is the fee. At $3.00 that is 10.0% of the price.
